GRM Analysis Syntax Editor - Keywords Tab

Select the Keywords tab of the GRM Analysis Syntax Editor dialog to access options to enter command syntax to completely specify the analysis, as well as various parameters that are used in the computations. The available keywords can be typed directly into the Analysis syntax edit field, or entered by clicking on the respective buttons to insert them in the Analysis syntax edit field, at the current location of the cursor.

Note: GRM and GLM syntax conventions. The GRM syntax conventions are essentially identical to the GLM syntax conventions (see the General Linear Model (GLM) module), with only a few additions and omissions relating to stepwise and best subset analyses. Note that the Generalized Linear/Nonlinear Models (GLZ), General Partial Least Squares Models (PLS), General Discriminant Analysis Models, and ANOVA modules also use similar syntax, with sets of additional Keywords (options) that are specific to those particular applications.

Those keywords that are unique to GRM, or have a different "meaning" in the context of GRM, are shown in italics. For more details on the syntax for a specific keyword, click on that keyword below.
