From this dropdown list, select the Variance centerline type from the following:
Calculated centerline
Use defined centerline
If
Use defined centerline is selected, the analysis will look for variables named
*_RCENTER for each characteristic (where '*' is the name of the characteristic) and use the value of the variable as the variance
Centerline value.
Each time the value in the
*_RCENTER variable changes moving downward in the column, the system will create a new set on the
Variance Chart.
If a value in the
*_RCENTER variable is blank, the system will use the previous valid value found in the column.
If there are no valid values found in the
*_RCENTER variable, the
Calculated centerline will be used as the variance
Centerline value.
