Apply a Spreadsheet Layout

You can apply any existing spreadsheet layout to the active spreadsheet by following these instructions:

Ribbon bar. Select the Format tab. In the Spreadsheet group, click Layouts to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box.

Classic menus. From the Format menu, select Spreadsheet to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box.

This dialog box contains a list of spreadsheet layouts that you can apply to the active spreadsheet.

Select the spreadsheet layout you want to apply, and click the Close button.
