Association Rules Startup Panel - Quick Tab

Select the Quick tab of the Association Rules Startup Panel to access the options described here.

Element Name Description
Variables Click this button to display a variable selection dialog box where you can select the variables for the analysis. You can specify multiple response variables, simple categorical variables, or multiple dichotomies. To specify a simple categorical (grouping) variable such as Gender (with simple categories Male, Female), select it into the second variable list, as a Multiple dichotomy/categorical vars. Multiple dichotomies can be considered simple categorical variables with a single valid code or text value
Multi. dich. codes. Click this button to select the codes used in multiple dichotomy or simple categorical variables. By default, STATISTICA will automatically determine the codes from the data. When analyzing text (text mining) or multiple response variables, review the Technical Note on Coding of Multiple Response Variables.
