Variable Text Values
The Variable Text Values dialog box is displayed when a spreadsheet contains a numeric variable column and you enter text in one of the cells.
| Option | Description |

| Continue Editing | Select the Continue Editing option button if the text was entered by mistake. Then click the OK button to close this dialog box, and you can change the content of the cell. |
| Enable Text Labels | Select the Enable Text Labels option button to change the numeric column to accept text. Note that a text label always corresponds to a numeric value. |
| Convert to a text only variable of length | Select this option button in order to enter text strings in the spreadsheet that do not have numeric identities. In the adjacent box, enter the number of characters to be allowed. |
| OK | After selecting the desired option button, click the OK button to close this dialog box. |
