Open File Button

Click the button (or press CTRL+O) to display the file selection window, which is used to select any STATISTICA file or other commonly used files (Excel files, Text files, HTML files, etc.).

STATISTICA files can also be opened directly from Windows Explorer by double-clicking on the respective file name.

Note: a list of recently used files is automatically appended to the File menu, as shown above. STATISTICA keeps track of recently opened spreadsheets, reports, macros, or workbooks. The length of this list can be configured on the General tab of the Options dialog, accessed by selecting Options from the Tools menu.
