Workbook Tree - Copy Before

When using the drag-and-drop features, select Copy Before from the shortcut menu to place a copy of the dragged item(s) before the currently selected item in the workbook tree, for example, place a copy of the item(s) as a prior sibling to the currently selected item. Note that the dragged item(s) remain in its current location. To move the item(s) before the currently selected item, use the Move Before option.
