Fast Independent Component Analysis Startup Panel - Deployment Tab

Select the Deployment tab of the Fast Independent Component Analysis (ICA) Startup Panel to access the options described here.

Element Name Element Type Description
Deployment of Existing Models Checkbox Select this check box to use an existing ICA module for deployment, i.e., to re-run an existing ICA model saved in PMML format (see the Code generator option in the documentation for the Results dialog box for further details).
Load Models Button Loads a previously saved ICA model for deployment. ICA models must be saved in PMML format (see the Code generator option in the documentation for the Results dialog box for further details).
Variables Button Displays a one-variable list selection dialog box. The Variables option is available only if the variables for the analysis are not taken directly from the input PMML file. In that case, the variable selections here will be "mapped" to the respective models specified in the PMML file in the order in which they are selected, regardless of whether the names of the selected variables match those specified in the PMML input file.
Variables selection via PMML Checkbox Select this check box to use the variables specified in the PMML model file; the program will attempt to match the names found in the current active data file with those specified in the respective PMML file (matching by name).
Deployment results Box The Deployment results group box contains the following options (Summary, Components, Save Components, Line plots, Scatterplots, Histograms):
Summary Button Displays the settings and specifications of the deployed ICA model in spreadsheet format.
Components Button Displays the principal components of the deployed ICA model in spreadsheet format.
Save Components Button Saves the principal components of the current ICA model, along with other variables of your choice selected from the data set, into a spreadsheet. After clicking this button, a variable selection dialog will be displayed, where you can select variables to save. This option is particularly useful in order to create input data files for further analyses after computing.
Line plots Button Displays the graph of the principal components of the deployed ICA model in line plot format (one plot per principal component).
Scatterplots Button Displays graphs(s) of the principal components of the deployed ICA model in scatterplot format. If you have three components, for instance, 3 scatterplots will be displayed, the first of which will be the plot of component 1 against components 2, the second of which will be the plot of component 1 against components 3 and finally the plot of component 2 against components 3.
Histograms Button Displays histograms of the principal components for the deployed model.
